First released in November 1994, the song has grown into a global Christmas anthem, with a 120% surge in streams over the past five years. Since November 1, 2023, the song’s streaming spiked by 860% globally and 1,100% in the U.S., topping Spotify’s Daily Top Songs chart in 21 countries by Christmas Day.
